6. REFUND POLICY

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Coaching Sessions

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.

• Deposits secure booking dates.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event may require full payment.

Violation may result in legal action.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Coaching is not therapy.

Clients agree not to record sessions without written consent.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT

Users and clients agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
