Eleni Theodorou is a speaker, bullying prevention and Social Emotional Literacy (SEL) educator and children’s author. She holds a bachelor’s and honor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and MS in sports psychology from Capella University in the United States.

Born and raised in South Africa, she currently lives in the United States where she teaches the Art of Compassion through her multi-sensory, culturally-rich and peer-reviewed Noko The Knight® children’s series, wholesome bullying prevention and SEL curriculums, school assemblies, professional development training and workshops.

Most excitingly, her latest program for K-12 children called RollerMind™ is a transformative journey that seamlessly blends sport psychology, STEM subjects, mental health awareness and the thrill of roller skating, empowering and equipping children with life skills to harness their full potential, both on and off the rink.

Noko The Knight® is also incorporated into Theater in Education (TIE) programs as part of her holistic approach to bullying awareness and prevention, engaging children and their families, and connecting communities.

After working with schools for years, Eleni recognized the need for creative corporate wellness workshops and presents captivating workshops that help to cultivate a healthier office culture and climate. Eleni has had the pleasure of serving different types of organizations with her enthralling Paint Your Purpose™ staff wellness workshops, encouraging employees to be curious about their purposeful paths and how these can transform the work environment, leading to happier, more productive, and committed employees who drive organizational success.

Eleni is a dedicated volunteer to special needs children, senior citizens, and is an active supporter of non-profit organizations dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals. Eleni welcomes, and is involved in, various community-focused endeavors.
